1. Identify business opportunities and target markets.
2. Make initial customer contact through visits or calls.
3. Identify each potential customer’s needs and requirements.
4. Formulate business proposals according to customers’ business needs.
5. Manage account management and expansion activities.
6. Develop new opportunities and close existing ones.
7. Build meaningful relationships within the company and outside.
8. Develop detailed territory plans.
9. Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of service and products.
10. Follow up on service and / or product once the delivery has been made, Skills to deal price specification.
